Speaker Profiles

In order of speaking

Kukka Lehmusvirta is a full-time organization coordinator -
Chair of the oldest women’s association in Finland (est. 1884),
a board member of the Finnish Women’s Organization both at
national and local level, Chair of BPW Vantaa, and President of
Soroptimist International of Vantaa.

She is also a member of UN Women Finland, Europe Women,
Nice Hearts (helps immigrant women and girls).
She has worked as a coordinator over a decade at Women
Journalists Association in Finland.
In the field of academics, she has studied Public
Administration at business college, then furthered her
education in cultural study at university, then advertising and
marketing at business school. She has just finished studying a
2-year degree in Traveling and Hotel Business, as her summer
house is buzzing with many Japanese tourists in the summer!

Kukka Lehmusvirta

Siiri is an e-commerce strategist and an enthusiastic advocate
for green entrepreneurship. Nature has always been extremely
important to Siiri and she is dedicated to promoting a green and
sustainable business world. She is the founder and leader of the
Green and Sustainable World working group of Business
Professional Women International and the initiator of BPW
Estonia´s program "Women in Business - Green and Caring
World", which she has been leading for four years now. In spring
2023, Green and Caring World program naturally evolved – we
founded the BPW Estonia´s Green Club, of which Siiri is currently
the president. In addition, she volunteers as a technical lead in
the Green Tiger for e-channels.
As an everyday job Siiri is an experienced strategical eCommerce
Lead and strategist with a demonstrated history (25 years) of
working in the eCommerce business and development industry.
Over the past five years, Siiri has brought together sustainable
Siiri Tiivits-Puttonen entrepreneurship expertise and digital knowledge to create a
platform for green entrepreneurship www.roheettevotlus.ee. Her
next aim is to build it internationally as
www.greenambassadors.net
As a green entrepreneur, she also consults on e-commerce and
processes towards a more sustainable direction.
