Our Coalition membership will enable us to:



            •  Be better informed about California legislation affecting workplace policies that
                affect women and their families, including gender-based discrimination, pay ineq-
                uity and leave policies.


            •  Share in the knowledge and expertise of coalition advocates to keep abreast of
                legislation and share insights about the political climate in Sacramento affecting
                bill prospects.


            •  Be alerted to timely legislative advocacy opportunities, with access to more infor-
                mation and tools.



            •  Gain access to informational resources about workplace and employment policies
                – e.g., existing leave programs.




                Together, we are a more powerful force to promote family friendly workplaces
         that do not unfairly discriminate based on gender.  Together, we have a greater impact
         on public policy.
