PROGRAMS
Mission Parks, Recreation & Culture believes in the power of
recreation and works to help reduce financial barriers through
programs and opportunities.
P.L.A.Y. Pass Program
Providing Leisure All Year
The P.L.A.Y. Pass Program provides participants with
free admissions to the Leisure Centre based on the low
income threshold as outlined by the Canada Revenue
Agency (CRA)
To qualify, applicants must:
■ have been a City of Mission resident for at least 3 months
■ be at or below the low income thresholds as outlined by
the CRA or on Income Assistance through the Ministry of
Housing and Social Development or the Federal Social
Development Program.
Apply online at mission.ca/playpass or in person at the
Leisure Centre. An administration fee is applicable to all
approved applications - $5.00 for individual applications and
$10.00 for family applications. Application process can take up
to three weeks.
Affordable Child Care Benefit Program
Club K.I.D.S. (CK) is tax deductible and accepts Affordable
Child Care benefit plans. The Affordable Child Care Benefit is
a provincial initiative that provides monthly payment to help
eligible families with the cost of child care.
