Universal Design Project
This universal design project involved working collaboratively
within a team to research and develop solutions for
transportation and travel, with a focus on older adults. By
diving deeply into the needs of older adults, my aim was to
create a design that enhances the user experience for airport
navigation. Throughout the project, I emphasised empathy
and user-centric design to ensure that the solution was
accessible, safe, and practical for older adults.
