After review and mutual agreement, concept 3 was agreed as the concept
with most promise.
The sketch models showed several flaws with ergonomics and styling.
Moving forward, design decisions were made to include a slanted cut in
the concept to highlight the action area of the product. This decision
also benefitted the ergonomics of the sketch models.
Aestethically, the product was very “blocky” with some harsh edges and
the main body was too flat. Moving forward I would look to add some
rounded thickness to the midriff of the product. This too will aid the
ergonomics of holding the product while in use.
