Before the visit I always look at Carve On as retail
business but they are work more like a design firm

due to customization request that require some
design thinking and solution.

Carve On line of product shown in their website
looks restricting but in truth they can make a

number of different types of leather product, they
restrict themselves to simple products due to

minimizing the manufacturing process because of
limited workforce and limited facilities.

The work environment is interchangable, this is
good for employees to get different perspective to

better their understanding on different sector which
means better efficiency throughout the workflow.
