RESEARCH PHASE





             The research phase centered on understanding Martine Bedin as the chosen design
             icon—her Memphis-era philosophy, playful formal language, bold use of color, and
             approach to objects as expressive, emotional companions. By studying her works,
             sketches, and design principles, we identified the key aesthetic and conceptual
             elements that define her style. These insights informed how the Polaroid 635 CL
             could be reinterpreted through Bedin’s unique lens of joyful, character-driven design.
