SANDING AND PRIMING 3D PRINT BEFORE REASSEMBLY

01. Sand Model to get general
roughness away

02. Using thick layers of filler primer on
the model. Then using wet and dry
sand paper to sand away the excess
filler, this leaves the filler in the small
groves to make the model smooth.

03. Once 4-5 layers of filler and sanding has
taken place, the model was smooth.

04. Grey Primer is the next step to further
finish the model. Using a very high
grade sand paper to even the surface.

05. The last step is to use a final coat of
black paint with a low gloss finish.
