Change Your Mind, Change Your Reality –
BStart Today!
usiness success, money, health, love: if aspects of your life are currently unrewarding, that’s on you. The good news is it’s within your power to change that, to get out of your own way, and intentionally decide to live in joy, fulfillment, abundance. It really is all about you.
Those who choose to exist in unhappiness are living in fear, fear of failing, of others’ judgement. Paralyzed by what if ’s, they’d rather maintain a painful status quo than move forward into the unknown. Often, it’s agonizing to push beyond our comfort zone,
but when we do, change happens, leading us to blossom and grow. You can find
the courage to transform your life. Every day, I guide people through it step by step, replacing their limiting beliefs and negative habits with new, revitalizing choices aligned with inspiring goals. Before I could help others, however, I had to save myself.
Growing up, I suffered from a profound lack of self-esteem as the younger, “bigger” sister. Much to my shame, my larger bone structure meant I carried more weight. I constantly felt fat, ugly, and stupid. I was nicknamed “Two- Steps” because, supposedly, I was always two steps behind. For years, I struggled with self-hatred, torturing myself with food obsessions, unhealthy diets, even substance abuse all over the misconception that I was unworthy and unlovable. Predictably, I dated guys who treated me like garbage, reinforcing those self- beliefs. Thinking I just deserved it, I didn’t even see anything wrong. I was so desperate to please, I defined myself by others’ opinions, never realizing that, to feel secure themselves, they needed to put me down.

Ultimately, assessing my miserable state, my physician suggested I simply start moving my body more; even just taking walks would help. It did, completely transforming me on every level! I’d always thought movement was a way to punish yourself for eating something fattening. Now, it was no longer about losing weight, but building confidence instead, learning to love the real me. If I could intentionally create this new habit and get such positive results, just think how I could improve the rest of my life!
