Primary April 2023 Y4 Junior Achievement 11 Junior Achievement in Year 4
Junior Achievement’s purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in
a global economy and Year 4 is now full
of budding entrepreneurs, as the classes have successfully completed their award.
Junior Achievements aim is to give young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic and economic choices. The focus within Year 4 was on entrepreneurship and fi- nancial literacy – igniting the spark in the year group to realize the opportunities and realities of work and life in the 21st century.
The Year 4 pupils spent time planning, balancing a bank account, and setting up and running a flourishing business.
A big thank you must go to Ms Tereza and Ms Jindra from SATPO who delivered weekly sessions, including lots of fun and educational games.
