• The ISU GAA Regular Budget CY 2020-2021 showed an increase in budget. (See Exhibit)
• The ISU MFO Accountability Report Card (MARC-1 &2) 2018-2019 showed a
commendable accomplishment. (See Exhibit)

4. BEST PRACTICES

1. Decentralized financial management. Each campus, except Jones and San
Mateo Campuses, manages its own financial resources.
