Administrative Staff

I. SYSTEM – INPUTS AND PROCESSES

▪ Plantilla of Personnel of the Library

The library has six (6) qualified librarians with

plantilla positions as follows: One (1) College Librarian
II, who is designated as the Campus/University

Director for Library Services, three (3) College

Librarian I, one (1) School Librarian II, and one (1) part-

time librarian who is a faculty by appointment.

Another library staff is three (3) Administrative Aides

on a Contract of Service status who serves as clerk,

Internet Personnel (IT expert), and janitor.

Personnel

The Campus Librarian is a College Librarian II by

appointment and is designated as the

Campus/University Director for Library Services. One

of the library staff is a faculty by appointment and

serves as a part-time librarian.
