This will prompt the agent to enter additional customer
information such as license status, discount eligibility, and
any additional drivers to be added to the policy. Enter all
vehicle information directly into TurboRater.
When the quote is created through Freshworks, the quote
information will appear on the customer's Freshworks
profile. It is important that agents do not go directly to
TurboRater to start a quote.
