NOTE: If an existing customer, Sales agent should search

               for  customer  information  in  Freshworks  and  verify

               contact  details  (email  and  mobile  phone  number).
               Update  as  needed.  If  the  agent  sees  that  the  email  is

               listed with “No Email” on an existing profile, they should

               ask  the  customer  for  an  updated  email  address  and

               change the dropdown from “No Email”


               NOTE: Freshworks only requires the contact details of the

               primary  driver.  If  there  are  multiple  drivers,  then  add

               other insured driver’s information into TurboRater.



               For existing customers, there are two types of scenarios in
               Freshworks.

                   First scenario: an existing customer with no quote details

                      in Freshworks. The existing customer will have contact

                                   information in Freshworks and the Sales agent

               will have the option in Freshworks to “Create Quote”.
                    Second scenario: an existing customer that has previous

                      quote details in Freshworks. The existing customer will

                                                have quote details and the Sales agent

                             will be able to click “View in TurboRater” to access

               their existing quote information.
