Winsight Health Incentive
Winsight offers a health incentive bonus for employees
who elect NOT to carry Winsight’s offered medical
insurance.
• Employees remain eligible for the health incentive if they
elect dental and / or vision insurance.
• Employees receive $1,000 for single coverage ($2,500
for new participants); $2,000 if married / and or child(ren)
($5,000 for new participants). Rates are prorated based
on your eligibility date.
You will need to provide proof of coverage including a
verification of coverage letter.
Provisions under the health incentive plan are as follows:
• 50% of incentive is paid at the end of June and the other
50% is paid at the end of December.
• Employee must provide proof of coverage (copy of
insurance card).
• Amount is pro-rated based on the employee’s hire date/
eligibility date and is not paid out if not employed with
Winsight at the time of bonus payment OR if employee is
on Winsight’s health plan at the time of bonus payment.
• Pro-rated for time not on Winsight’s health plan (e.g.
reduced if partial year on Winsight’s health plan).
• Payment will be paid out as a bonus on W-2, therefore
applicable taxes will apply.
