hold of us, even though it was a human-generated con- tagion––the result of negligence—and caused deaths, in catastrophic numbers, worldwide. The good news is that those whom God has taken to the next world will rejoice in the eternal life (if they have completed their mission and corrected their wrongdoings). That is the main purpose of our lives.
With these reflections in mind, we will address each of the above-mentioned aspects of ‘space-sharing’ in turn.
Mitigation Strategies/Hygienic Practices
Social Distancing—Remember to maintain a mini-
mum of six feet between any two or more individuals.
Always Wear a Mask—Wear a mask whenever you leave home, and do not touch your face. The mask pro- tects others from contracting the virus from you and vice versa. A “mask” can be any covering, even a bandana. You can make the masks at home out of any type of cloth and even design the mask to suit your fashion sense. Above all, make a commitment to preserve the well-being of oth- ers as you seek to protect yourself.
Handwashing—In our new “AC” world, all of us must adhere to hygienic guidelines. The most important of these is handwashing. This must be done for no less than twenty-two (22) seconds (sing the Happy Birthday song twice). COVID-19 is sanitizer and soap-resistant. So, take time to clean your hands after touching objects and sur- faces. In like manner, wipe off pens and other objects, be- fore and after use, with soap and water or sanitizer.
