COMPANY AND PERSONAL INTERESTS
OFFENSES
Engaging in outside employment and/or personal activities (moonlighting) where such engagement, participation, or involvement is in conflict with, or is improper, or undesirable to the interests of the C-D company.
Participating in or influencing any company decision in favor of personal or family relationships. C-D
Receiving Gifts and Entertainment.
Employees must not solicit or accept gifts, rewards or benefits from either internal or external clients which might compromise their integrity and the integrity of their department. Accepting or receiving gifts could cause real or perceived conflicts of interest or at worst could be alleged to be bribes or kickbacks.
Soliciting or accepting favor, money, gift, gratuity, or anything of value, directly or indirectly, from any person, in consideration for performing an act prejudicial to the company; or if such favor, money, gift or gratuity is designed to influence or might be reasonably interpreted as seeking to influence the employee’s impartiality.
• Soliciting cash / in-kind resources for any purpose not sanctioned by the company during working time D or within company premises
• Bribing or offering money, gift, or anything of value to any employee, directly or indirectly, to seek or qualify for preference benefit, favorable condition of employment, or to influence the decision on any case, transaction, or project.
