Inappropriate interaction in social media platforms.
Communication using social media creates new opportunities for personal expression but it also involves responsibilities.
Being part of Focus Global Inc., you are perceived by our clients, suppliers, and other outside parties as a representative of Focus Global Inc. Whether or not you deal with business or discuss your work, your participation on social media platforms is a reflection on Focus Global Inc.
When we interact in social media platforms, whether using business or personal accounts, we need to be mindful of how our conduct in these social media platforms may impact the way others view us and what we stand for. All of us should be sensitive of the contents created, shared, liked, and posted on social media and any public website especially if it is linked with Focus Global Inc.
Posting negative content/message about the company, colleagues and/or clients resulting in
defamation. Defamation is a false spoken or published statement that harms the reputation of an C-D employee or the company.

OFFENSES
Unauthorized sharing or posting of information through social media.
Posting illicit content such as but not limited to:
• Statements denoting violence / crime / terrorism or any intent of physical harm
• Statements related to use of any prohibited substances
• Statements related to use of any firearm or weapon
• Insensitive labels or hate speech as a direct attack on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation,
sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability or disease, and serious physical or emotional abuse. • Adult nudity or sexual activity / Child pornography
