DEALING WITH EACH OTHER
DESCRIPTION
We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as an organization. It is important that we treat each other with respect and courtesy.
EXPECTED WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR
Being conscientious about how our actions and speech might be perceived by others will help us deal with each other better.
We might not agree all the time, but disagreement should never be an excuse for disrespectful behavior. A conflicting situation should be resolved constructively and never reach a point where colleagues resort to threats and violence.
It is best to always conduct yourself professionally. Choose your words carefully. Do not insult or put down others. Harassment and exclusionary behaviors are unacceptable.
We should deal with each other in a harmonious and productive manner.
