OFFENSES
Harassment, Bullying, and Discrimination
Verbal Harassment
Includes but not limited to: quarreling, offensive jokes, foul language, demeaning words, threats, and discrediting or A-B spreading rumors about a colleague.
                      Physical Harassment
 C-D Includes but not limited to: Isolating or denying a colleague’s presence, belittling or trivializing the colleague’s thoughts or A-B
Includes but not limited to: physical violence resulting in injury or company damage
   Psychological Harassment

Sexual Harassment
Work-related sexual harassment is committed by a person who, having authority, influence or moral ascendancy over another in a work environment, demands, requests or otherwise requires any sexual favors from the other, regardless of whether the demand, request or requirement for submission is accepted by the object of said act.
Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place over online and electronic platforms.
It can occur through SMS, apps, social media, or online forums where people can view, participate in, or share content. It includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation.
