WORK ATTITUDE AND PERFORMANCE
DESCRIPTION
The company has high standards for work attitude and performance. Having a personal standard of excellence is one of the traits that the company looks for in an employee. Employees are expected to uphold and maintain these high performance standards.
EXPECTED WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR
The company hires employees through a rigorous screening process. You are hired at FGI because of your values and your ability to contribute to the company’s goals. Thus, everyone is expected to perform at their best all the time and in all situations.
We believe our employees are responsible, accountable, consistently willing to learn, and have a positive work attitude.
OFFENSES
Refusal to comply with company policies and procedures, instructions issued by superior related to the work, or assignments with other employees without justifiable reason.

Leaving work assignment, company premises, or work area, during work hours without permission from the immediate superior.
