Reports

Provet Cloud has a variety of different reports available. All basic reports that a normal animal clinic or an
animal hospital needs are available in Provet Cloud by default. For more extensive reporting needs we
recommend a data warehouse approach.

Here are the reports available in Provet Cloud as default:

Practice performance reports

Consultation count (report for number of consultations for a specified time range, filtering options available)
Treated species (report on how many patients were treated, grouped by species and veterinarians)
Appointments (reports on appointment amounts)
Consultation time (shows time spent on different stages of a client visit, e.g. waiting for consultation to start
and actual consultation)
Diagnosis (report on diagnoses in a specified time period)
Bereavement report (list of deceased patients and reasons of their death)

Financial reports
Invoices (lists invoices according to specified filters, VAT reporting)
Payments (lists payments done according to specified filters)
Prepayments (lists prepayments according to specified filters)
Sales by payment type (shows total sums for different payment methods)
Item purchases (lists purchase invoices)
Item sales (creates a list of invoices that include a certain item or items)
Gross profit (shows the gross profit made for different items)
Debtors and creditors (returns a list of clients that owe you money and/or those that you owe money to)
Unpaid invoices (lists unpaid invoices)
Month end (a combined report for month end reporting)

Stock management

Stock level (stock levels on a given day)
Stock level change (changes in stock during a specified time period)
Stock item usage (item usage and other stock entries during a specified time period)
Medicine usage (report on medicine usage)
Inventory (latest inventory check for items)

Communication

Client feedback (reports on the client feedback that clients can give on an email sent to them after a visit)

Logs

Revision log (shows changes done to different data objects in the system, a very extensive log)
User log (shows logins and logouts and also user actions like viewing a client’s or patient’s file)
Client communication (log for sent emails and SMS messages)
