Settings
You can manage Organization, Department and Users in Provet Cloud Settings. Organization is the legal
company, and the Department is the subsidiary location of the company.
Organization settings
Organization settings apply to all the Departments in Provet Cloud; meaning that they are common to all the
different clinic locations. In the Organization settings you can for example; select available payment methods,
determine the client interaction language, and enable various features for pricing, items, tags, prescriptions,
and many more.
Department settings
Most of the Provet Cloud customization happens in the Department settings. The department settings are
specific to each clinic location, and they provide very wide flexibility. In the department settings you can for
example; manage your calendar and booking settings, client interaction settings including the confirmation
messages, create Wards, Teams and Resources, select color themes, upload your clinic’s logo, and enable
various custom settings. The contact information entered in department settings will be used on the client
invoices and messages.

Provet Cloud is highly flexible and can be adjusted with settings to fit the needs of small animal practices,
hospitals and also equine-, and large animal practices.
Hospital-, and production animal features can be enabled in the department settings.
