User settings
Users can edit their own personal information in the User Profile settings. They can enter their personal
information, add a profile photo, change password, and even separately select the using language for their
Provet Cloud account.
User Profile personal information settings:
Provet Cloud user permissions are managed in the User settings. Each user is assigned a permission group
and a work role. Permission group defines the access to the functionalities in Provet Cloud. Only
Administrator or Manager can access these settings, and only they can define permission groups for other
users. User permission groups can be customized, but by default, the user groups are;
Administrator - Has access to everything
Manager - Has slightly more limited access compared to Administrator
User - Can only do daily work inside Provet Cloud, no access to settings or reports
Reports - Can only access Provet Cloud reports, no access to settings or other data.
