Residence Inn, Palm Beach Gardens #1807
Ground up, new construction and
associated site work for a 5-story, block
and plank, 95,015 sq. ft. with 122-key hotel.
Due to requirements of the city, this
Residence Inn had multiple unique exterior
features.

Toale & Sons Funeral Home, Sarasota #1901
First phase of this project included an
expansion to the existing funeral home.
The second phase included a full
renovation of the interior space.
Renovations included a sun deck and
additional space for funeral services.

LA Fitness, Richmond #1905
Ground up new construction of a 37,000
sq. ft. tilt-wall project built on a concrete
slab. The 1-story project has a 25-yard lap
pool, spa, Kids Club, and a basketball/
volleyball court.
The newly constructed fitness center also
features a free weight area, cardio and
weight machine equipment area, aerobics
room, spin/cycle room, and circuit training
fitness space.
