Tru Hotel #1804
Ground up new construction, block
and plank and sidewalk package
for a 113,471 sq. ft., 8-story, 259-key
hotel. This Tru will be the largest in
Hilton’s system

This latest brand launched by
Hilton in early 2016 boasts a vibrant
concept and is both affordable
and young in spirit. The hotel will be
located on Westwood Boulevard,
adjacent to the Orange County
Convention Center in Orlando, the
largest in the United States.

Hyatt House #KKC 1901

Ground up, new construction and
sidewalk package for a block and
plank, 6-story, 105,500 sq. ft. hotel with
145-keys.

This fully-customized hotel will feature
and outdoor pool and bar, multiple
amenity decks, banquet rooms and a
full kitchen.

Courtyard by Marriott #1902
(Currently on hold due to Covid-19)

Ground up block and plank and
sidewalk package for a 6-story
90,075 sq. ft. hotel with 152-keys.

This custom Courtyard by Marriott
will be the closest hotel to Cape
Canaveral and will feature a 4,350
sq. ft. observation deck for viewing
launches.

The hotel will also feature banquet
space, full kitchen and an outdoor
pool. The bathrooms for this project
will be built off-site as modular and
delivered to the site complete.
