Aloft/Element #1903
Ground up new construction and sidewalk
package for the Aloft/Element hotel in
Tampa Florida.

The 7-story, 226-key hotel will be a dual
brand property situated in Midtown
Tampa. The property will appeal to
Tampa’s local market with its 10,000 sq. ft.
rooftop space that will feature a terrace,
pool and lounge.
The property will also feature 24,000 sq. ft.
of street level retail space, a fitness center
and luxurious rooms with a spa feel.

Courtyard & Residence Inn (Dual Brand)

Ground up new construction and sidewalk
package for a dual Marriott brand
oceanfront hotel on the shores of Jekyll
Island, GA.

This 4-story 209-key hotel will feature 129
Residence Inn rooms and 89 Courtyard
rooms. The property will feature the largest
pool on Jekyll Island, fire pits, a bistro and
bar, indoor/outdoor pool bar, fitness center
and 2,600 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Hyatt House Gateway #KKC 2001
(Currently on hold due to Covid-19).

Ground up new construction and
associated site work on 110,500 sq. ft.
hotel on over 3 acres. This 156-key 6-story
project offers dining spaces, a bar,
meeting rooms, 2 elevators, a fitness room,
an outdoor swimming pool, and laundry
facilities.

The structure is comprised of load-bearing
concrete masonry units with pre-stressed
hollow core planking for the floors. The
foundations are shallow type conventional
footings and the exterior walls are
engineered light gauge metal framing
with an EIFS cladding.
