Standards of Dress
As you will come into contact with our clients and members
of the public, it is important that you present a professional
image with regard to appearance including hair style and
colouring, and standards of dress. In particular:
• Professional business dress must be worn when client
facing, i.e. suits or other acceptable business attire;
• You may be asked in client facing roles to cover up
visible tattoos.
• No body piercing (with the exception of a single piercing
in each ear) will be deemed acceptable.
Housekeeping
Both from the point of view of safety and of appearance, all work areas must be
kept clean and tidy at all times.
Clear Desk Policy
We operate a clear desk policy and you should ensure at the end of each
working day your work station is left clear and tidy.
Parking
To avoid congestion, all vehicles must be parked in the appropriate parking
areas. No liability is accepted for damage to private vehicles, however it may be
caused.
Mail
All mail received by us will be opened, including that addressed to employees.
Private mail, therefore, should not be sent care of the Company address. No
private mail may be posted at our expense except in those cases where a formal
re-charge arrangement has been made.
Telephone Calls/ Mobile Phones
Telephones are essential for our business, and should be used in accordance
with the terms of your Contract of Employment. Personal mobile phone calls,
both incoming and outgoing, should be kept to a minimum and taken during
your break times.
