commencement of the course. Consumption of alcohol on Company premises,
except during social activities authorised and supervised by the COO or their
delegated representatives, is not permitted. Illegal or medically non-prescribed
drugs must not be brought on to the Company premises in any circumstances.
Breach of these rules is normally considered as gross misconduct.
