Temporary	Shortage	of	Work
        	  If	there	is	a	temporary	shortage	of	work	for	any	reason,	we	will	try	to	maintain
           your	continuity	of	employment	even	if	this	necessitates	placing	you	on	short-
           time	or	having	to	lay	you	off	work	without	pay	other	than	statutory	guarantee
           pay.
        	  Pensions
        	  If	you	wish	to	join	the	Company	pension	scheme	and	subject	to	your	eligibility,
           we	will	make	the	necessary	arrangements.	Please	contact	Jayne	Bonfield	for
           further	details.
        	  In	order	to	reward	and	encourage	loyalty	to	the	Company,	we	operate	a	policy
           whereby	we	increase	our	contribution	to	your	pension	scheme	in	line	with
           your	length	of	service.	Upon	joining	the	Company	and	successful	completion
           of	your	probation	period,	you	will	be	entitled	to	receive	a	contribution	from
           the	Company	to	your	pension	scheme	which	equates	to	2%	of	your	salary
           each	month.	Upon	reaching	three	years’	service,	the	Company	will	increase	its
           contribution	to	the	equivalent	of	3%	of	your	salary	each	month.	Upon	reaching
           four	years’	service,	the	Company	will	increase	its	contribution	to	the	equivalent
           of	4%	of	your	salary	each	month.	Upon	reaching	five	years’	service,	the
           Company	will	increase	its	contribution	to	the	equivalent	of	5%	of	your	salary
           each	month.	Your	entitlement	to	the	contribution	by	the	Company	of	3%	or	4%
           or	5%	of	your	annual	salary	is	contingent	upon	you	also	contributing	at	least	3%
           or	4%	or	5%	of	your	annual	salary	into	the	Plan.

        	  Annual	Holidays
        	  Your	annual	holiday	entitlement	is	shown	in	your	contract	of	employment.	It
           is	our	policy	to	encourage	you	to	take	all	of	your	holiday	entitlement	in	the
           current	holiday	year.	We	do	not	permit	holidays	to	be	carried	forward	into	the
           following	holiday	year.
        	  In	order	to	reward	and	encourage	loyalty	to

           we	increase	your	holiday	entitlement	in	line
           with	your	length	of	service.	Upon	joining	the
           Company	you	will	be	entitled	to	25	days’
           leave	each	year.	Upon	reaching	three	years’
           service,	the	Company	will	increase	your	holiday
           entitlement	to	26	days’	leave	each	year	and
           upon	reaching	five	years’	service,	the	Company
           will	increase	your	holiday	entitlement	to	27
           days’	each	year.
