Section	A	-	Contractual	Matters

      This	details	your	obligations	and	the	obligations	of	the	Company	which	form	part
      of	the	general	terms	and	conditions	of	your	employment.	This	is	complimentary	to
      and	should	be	read	in	conjunction	with	your	written	contract	of	employment.	The
      items	in	this	section	are	contractual	unless	the	contrary	is	specifically	indicated	in
      relation	to	any	particular	matter(s).
      In	the	event	that	there	is	a	conflict	between	the	terms	of	your	Contract	of
      Employment	and	the	terms	of	Section	A	of	this	Handbook	then	the	terms	of	your
      contract	of	employment	will	prevail.
      Section	B	-	Non-Contractual	Matters
      This	contains	details	of	various	matters	of	which	you	as	a	Company	employee
      should	be	aware	but	which	do	not	form	any	part	of	your	contractual	entitlement.
      The	contents	of	this	section	include	items	relating	to	Company	Policy	and
      Statutory	Matters.
