Galician Bone-In Prime Rib

Preparation Task: Prep the steak

Serving time approx. 10 minutes
The steak needs to be taken out of the fridge 2 hours before cooking.

Ingredients required: Equipment required:

• Galician bone-in sirloin • Plate large enough for the
steak
• 2 Garlic cloves

Pantry Ingredients required:

• Salt and pepper

1. Remove the steak from the fridge at least 2 hours before cooking, and
place on a plate. Cut the clove of garlic in half and rub each side of the
steak with either half of the garlic and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the garlic on the steak and leave on your side until ready to cook.
