                                              Serving Task (continued)





          1. Finally reheat the bearnaise sauce by placing the bowl in the microwave
             for 10 seconds, removing and stirring thoroughly, repeat this process
             being careful not to overheat as this will cause the sauce to split.

          2. To serve, slice the steak from the bone and then slice against the grain.
             Place onto a serving board or in a serving pan, finally chop the remaining
             tarragon and chervil and stir through the bearnaise, remove your
             vegetables from the oven/warming draw and then serve.

          3. Serve and Enjoy!
