Beef Rendang

                                                 with curried Jasmine rice


                                      Serving time approx. 5-10 minutes




           Ingredients required:                                                Equipment required:

           • Prepared beef rendang                                              • 2 saucepans

           • Prepared curried Jasmine
              rice

           • Coriander







           Pantry Ingredients required:

           • Salt and pepper

           • Water







          1. Place the jasmine rice in one saucepan and the beef rendang curry in
             another. Add a little water to the curry and place this on a low-medium
             heat to warm through. Add a small amount of water to the rice about a
             tablespoon and set on a low heat just to warm through. Alternatively, you
             can microwave the rice to warm it through. Do this in bursts stirring
             intermittently and adding a little water to loosen the rice if required.

          2. Continuously stir both and once they are warm you are ready to serve.

          3. To plate either we recommend using a catering ring to shape the rice into
             a neat circle and then spooning the curry around and on top of the rice.
             Finally chop a little fresh coriander and sprinkle over the top to garnish.

          4. Serve and enjoy!
