This is what customer service is all about! A cus-
tomer recently came in from Detroit, Michigan to
transfer her license to Georgia. She remarked that
ALL of the Team Members at the Douglas CSC were
so nice and treated everyone with respect and
dignity which is unheard of in her hometown of
Detroit.

She wanted the ladies to know how much she ap-
preciated their customer service and brought them
all a bouquet of flowers as a token of her thanks.

Thank you Team Douglas for providing such great
service! Thanks to Manager Mamie Johnson for
taking and sending us the photo!
