Customer Compliments Report
During the fourth quarter of 2021, District 1 “robbed” District 7 of the five consecutive quarter's reign of being
the district receiving the most compliments for the quarter. District 1 received 225 total compliments. District
8 was a very close “second” behind District 1 with 223 Compliments. The top Customer Service Center was
the Blue Ridge CSC. The Blue Ridge CSC accounted for 128 of District One’s 225 compliments. Congratula-
tions to District 1 DM, Casey Smith and Blue Ridge CSC Manager, Jill Kitchens and the entire Blue Ridge Team,
for continuing to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
The examiner with the most compliments during the period was Denise Kendall, Blue Ridge CSC for the third
consecutive quarter. Denise received a total of 65 compliments.
During the quarter, CSC team members received a total of 660 compliments. Forty different CSC’s received
compliments, which was up from 34 the previous quarter, and 97 different team members received compli-
ments for their exceptional customer service, which was up from 83 the previous quarter.
Listed in the charts below were the top five Districts, CSC’s and Team Members for the fourth quarter, 2021.
