Exceptional Children's Day Program
DDS was invited to attend the Exceptional Children’s Day Program held at Creekside High
School in Fulton County on March 5, 2019. The Program originated to help the students
recognize their abilities and know that “Their Being Different Makes a Difference.” The
Creekside High School faculty invited certain community providers to share their services
which could help the students transition to society and become productive citizens. DDS
provided helpful resources, so they may eventually acquire their state ID, Permit or even
driver’s license! The DDS representatives were Field Operations Support staffers Sheronda
Wheeler, Natasha Harris and Anquetta Sherman. These Team Members volunteered to
participate in this special event. They received a special thank you and photo op from the
Honorable Mayor of South Fulton, William “Bill” Edwards.
