Hole-Punching Credentials
Credentials That "SHOULD NOT" be Hole-Punched
The following documents and credentials should not be hole-punched,
marked or retained by DDS:
• U.S. Passport Cards
• Permanent Resident Cards
• Employment Authorization Cards
• Out of Country Driver’s License or Identification Cards
• Driver’s License or Identification Cards of customers from United
States Territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam etc.)
