Clover Demo

Team Members recently attended a demonstration of the new point of sale
system called Clover. It is a smart, customized point of sale system that will
make accepting payments from customers easier. Clover allows you accept
various types of payments with less hassle, including chip cards, contactless
payments, and more. We will be able to tailor Clover’s powerful analytics tools
to gain real-time insights into trends and data plus it can track key metrics.

beginning Phase II!

Are you ready?

DDS is finalizing renovation plans to add 8,700 square feet of office space to
the Headquarters' Warehouse Facility. This project will provide workspace
for the DRIVES Project Team which includes subject matter experts from

DDS, FAST and DRIVES. If you recall, the DRIVES project was initiated to
modernize the current Department of Revenue (DOR) Tag & Title system and
the DDS Driver’s License system. DRIVES will improve the accuracy of driver
information between the two agencies that support driver functions. The first
phase has primarily involved DOR and will replace the Title and Registration
System utilized by DOR and the 159 County Tax Commissioners and their Tag

Offices. Phase two is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2020 and will
replace the DDS Driver’s License System.
