around Africa - Nyanga,Zimbabwe

Nyanga is fresh air and views. Mountains, pine
plantations, mists, and waterfalls. Mossy rocks,

   ferns, flowers and historical ruins.

Another special place, full of endemic treasures, from orchids, african violets and everlasting
flowers (Helichrysums) to mossy forests filled with tree ferns and waterfalls. It’s a place to
enjoy nature. There are walking trails, scenic drives, and incredible views and flora all about you.

Nyanga National Park and Mutarazi National Park are both beautiful parks to visit.
Mt Nyangani is the highest mountain in Zimbabwe and has a well-marked trail to hike up
   - check the weather beforehand as it can get very foggy. There are also lots of adventurous
activities from trout fishing, kayaking, white-water rafting, climbing, abseiling and ziplining.
Make sure you check out Far and Wide near Mutarazi Falls, it offers lovely accommodation
and fun activities too. See Gardens Botswana’s blog on the website for more info on the flora
and details on how to get there. Text & Pics by S.C
