RURAL FITNESS OUTREACH PROGRAMME
Fitness classes are run across rural Conwy at Tal-y-Bont, Cerrigydrudion, Llanfair T.H, Eglwysbach, Llangernyw, Pentrefoelas, Dolwyddelan, Llansannan and Llanefydd.
We also offer online classes such as YouTube videos for people to access at any time with sessions changing each week, with online Zoom Yoga and Pilates classes for people over 60 to enjoy! Connect to our YouTube Pilates/Circuit Training link anytime OR come to the Live
Online Zoom Yoga Session every Thursday morning at 7.30am with Helen.

(all sessions, Leisure Centres and swimming in Conwy)
RURAL CONWY MEMBERSHIP - ONLY £21 per month
or pay as you go - £7 per session
