I’d also like to give a special thanks to my husband Carl who went out

of his comfort zone on this adventure and had just as much fun as I did!

And another thanks to our new Panamanian friend Javier, our
vacation rental host and guide, who helped us ease into the culture the

first few days upon arrival. Javier shared some special places where

he takes his “out of town” friends - which are included inside - and we
certainly appreciated being able to ask someone all the dumb

questions, so you should not have to!!
