Executive Development Center (EDC) of ORIC conducted following programs and workshops
to enhance thinking ability and develop analytical skills of participants.

Faculty Development Programs (FDP) 2021
R&SI organized Faculty Development Program (FDP) based on modules, General

Teaching Philosophy Development, Curriculum and Lesson Planning, Lecture Developing
Techniques, Classroom Dynamics, Preparing Assessment Instruments and Teachers Self-
Reflection.

Spring 2021
EDC organized a 5-day comprehensive training program from February 22-26, 2021 for
the newly hired faculty members to develop insights on the latest tools and techniques being
