TAKING THE CHILD / STUDENT AWAY OVER NIGHT
There may be occasions where as a family you would like to take the child / student away overnight. If this is something that you are planning please let College Guardians know as soon as possible. We will need to get written permission from the childs / students parents and will need to know full details of where you are planning to stay, taking into consideration our safeguarding policy and ensuring that we adhere to the UKVI’S (visa and immigration) rules for students holding a tier 4 visa.

It may be the case that children / students ask to stay away overnight with a friend. This is only allowed if College Guardians has written permission from parents in advance. We would also need full details of where the child / student is staying and the contact details of the adult responsible.
