PHYSICAL CONTACT
When physical contact may be appropriate:
if there is ever a form of physical restraint the host must inform College Guardians immediately and explain the circumstances. Under no circumstances should physical/ corporal punishment be used.
Physical contact with a child / student may be necessary to protect them from harm. When staying with a host, the host must ensure that they may only use lawful means of touch and control.

It is a given nowadays that students/ children of all ages will want to communicate with friends and family via email
