heights with the greatest philosophers of his time. Yet he did not crave
for power to boss over his people. He did not parade his capacities to
keep himself up. Instead, he acted with simplicity and godly sincerity.
A true missionary…
Paul’s passion and goal was to take the gospel where there were no
established churches. This is why he is called a missionary. Paul was
an expert by office, but a servant by function.
Lastly, In Christ…
Paul was so amalgamated to Christ. Christ’s love for him and his faith
in Christ were so deep in which Christ was living out his life through
Paul. This was the heart of his boasting and rejoicing.
Paul was one of the most fruitful missionaries in the history of the
Christian church. The scope, the sacrifice, and the results have hardly
been paralleled since this day.
Rejoice! Christ is born in this man!
