Approved Library Manual
The Library Operations Manual contains written policies and procedures covering the library’s
internal administration. It is intended to help answer questions about the library’s personnel,
policies and practices. This manual was prepared especially for the Isabela State University
Library and was confirmed as per Resolution No. 50, s. 2009. Minor amendments were done in
2013 & 2016.
Composition and Functions of the Library Board/Committee
The Campus Library Board Committee is composed of the Deans, Campus Librarian and SSC
President. As members of the committee, they are expected to perform the following functions:
a) encourage faculty and students to participate or get involved in any library activities; b)
recommend regularly relevant books and other learning resources/materials for the library; c) teach and
