with the Directors, Management or their relatives that have a potential conict with
the interest of the Corporation.

52.2 The Corporation has complied with all the requirements of the Listing Agreement
entered into with the National Stock Exchange as well as the regulations and
guidelines of SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and Secretarial
Standards as prescribed by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. There has
been no instance of non-compliance of any statutory regulation, government
guidelines nor has there been any penalties or strictures imposed on the
Corporation by either Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or the
National Stock Exchange or any statutory authority for non-compliance with any
matter related to the capital markets and guidelines issued by them during the last
three years.

52.3 Compliance on Corporate Governance: This Report duly complies with the legal
requirements in respect of data that should be disclosed in a Corporate
Governance Report for the year 2019-20.

53. PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE

During the year no Presidential Directive was received.

54. IMPLEMENTATION OF RIGHT TO INFORMATION (RTI) ACT, 2005

RTI Act, 2005, as an instrument for improving the system of Governance and a
'weapon of mass empowerment' has raised the expectations of all sections of the
society. In order to promote transparency and accountability in administration,
designated Central Public Information Ofcer (CPIOs) at Corporate Ofce and
Regional Ofces are entrusted with the responsibility of providing information to
citizens requesting for the information under the Act. Grievances received on the
Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) are
promptly monitored and acted upon. The RTI Act, 2005 and other details are
