41. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

The last three Annual General Meetings (AGM) were held at the Registered Ofce
of the Corporation on 26.07.2017, 13.07.2018 and 05.07.2019. No special
resolution was passed in the last three AGMs. The Annual General Meeting for the
year 2019-20 was held at the Registered Ofce on Monday, 14th December, 2020.
