Lesson Plan
1. Warm-up: ‘Shake Your Sillies Out’ performed by The Wiggles See term one lesson one. Make sure to use lots of energy!
* Running time approx. 2 mins.
2. Stretching and curling: Hedgehogs See term one lesson one.
* Running time approx. 3 mins.
3. Travel to Danceland: ‘Colonel Hathi’s March’ performed by Disney Studio Chorus & J. Pat O’Malley
See term one lesson six.
* Running time approx. 4 mins.
4. Introduce the theme: ‘Let’s Make a Circle’ written by Anne Porter Without speaking, get the children into a circle by singing ‘Let’s Make a Circle’ as in term one lesson one.
“Can anyone remember what we learnt about last week?” Ask volunteers to name creatures that live under the sea and pretend to be them together.

5. Fine Motor Skills: ‘One, Two, Three, Four, Five Once I Caught a Fish Alive’ (traditional)

6. Choreographed Dance: ‘Move Your Arms Like Henry’ performed by The Wiggles

Reveal the Nemo toy from your sparkly magic bag. “We’re going to make some waves together so Nemo can jump up out of the water! But first let’s practise with the imaginary parachute!”
